Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources preferred.
• 1015 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, defence, precision engineering, automotive, manufacturing or another regulated industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience in managing HR for a manufacturing/plant environment is highly desirable.
