Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, processes, and practices aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for hiring.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including joining, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, incentives, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
• Drive performance appraisal and performance management processes.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, recognition, and welfare initiatives.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, HRIS data, personnel files, and MIS reports.
• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, hiring TAT, headcount, and employee productivity.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
