An HR Manager / Generalist oversees the entire employee lifecycle, managing core functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and statutory compliance. This hybrid role bridges the gap between company leadership and staff, driving daily HR operations and organizational culture.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to issuing offers and conducting new-hire orientation.
