HR Manager

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the complete HR function of the hotel, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning development, employee engagement, compensation benefits, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

The role works closely with the General Manager and Department Heads to ensure the hotel has the right talent, strong employee engagement, effective HR processes, and a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
