About this role
- Train students on HR Fundamentals, Recruitment & Selection, and Job Description Writing.
- Teach Resume Screening, Interview Coordination, and HR Documentation.
- Train students on Employee Lifecycle and Onboarding Process.
- Cover Payroll Basics, HRMS, and Performance Management.
- Teach Labour Law Basics, HR Analytics & MIS, and AI Tools for HR.
- Conduct mock interviews.
- Evaluate assignments and practical exercises.
- Guide students during internships and placement preparation.
- Maintain student attendance and progress records.
- Report academic concerns to management.
G. Placement & Corporate Coordination:
- Coordinate with the placement team.
- Build relationships with hiring partners.
