HR Manager-Talent Acquisition (Preferably from Diagnostics/Hospital)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent acquisition strategies, and ensure timely closure of positions across multiple functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership recruitment as required.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Manage recruitment vendors, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead and monitor recruitment activities to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Naukri Resdex and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and a target-oriented approach.
