HR Manager - Recruitment

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and building effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle IT & Non-IT hiring across various departments and levels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
• Conduct initial screening, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring performance.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.
  
  

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.
• EdTech/FinTech experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and target-oriented approach.
