HR Manager - Recruitment (Night Shift)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Manager to join our team and handle IT and Non-IT recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri will be an advantage.
• Candidates who are comfortable with 100% work from office-Night Shift are required.
