Role & responsibilities
The HR Manager will be responsible for driving the organization's Human Resource strategy and operations, including Talent Management, Training & Development, Performance Management System (PMS), Job Evaluation & Grading, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, and Statutory Compliance. The role will support business growth by developing a high-performance culture and strengthening employee capabilities across the organization.
