HR Manager ( NBFC)

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
• Hire candidates for branch-level positions such as Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Relationship Executives, Gold Loan Officers, and other operational roles, as applicable.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, and local market networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with Branch Managers, Area Managers, and Regional Managers.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per approved manpower requirements.
• Drive bulk hiring initiatives to support new branch openings and business expansion.

3. Onboarding and Joining Management

• Coordinate offer releases, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups.
• Monitor offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate with the HR operations team for employee code creation and onboarding.
• Track candidates who decline offers or do not join and initiate replacement hiring.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Branch Managers, Area Managers, Cluster Heads, and Regional HR teams.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to management.
• Resolve recruitment-related issues and improve coordination between HR and business teams.
• Build relationships with local colleges, placement agencies, and candidate networks.
