HR Manager - Food & Beverage

Redesign organizational structure, define roles, job descriptions, & succession plans. Lead end-to-end hiring across Sales, Manufacturing, Ops, Quality, Finance, Support functions. Implement PMS, KRAs, KPIs, scorecards, & performance appraisals.

Required Candidate profile

8–15 years of HR experience. Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Packaged Foods, Beverages, or similar industries. Hands-on experience with PMS, KPIs, KRAs, talent acquisition, & HR transformation.
