HR Manager - Fixed Term Employment

Job Summary.

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and other applicable statutory regulatory, implementing HR policies, and supporting organizational goals through effective human resource management.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee separation.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, and other regulations.
• Manage performance appraisal, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Oversee training and development, manpower planning, and HR reporting.
• Coordinate employee insurance, fixed-term contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support management in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
