HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• End-to-end lifecycle: onboarding exits
• Policies, HRMS, documentation & compliance
• Performance management & appraisals
• Employee engagement & culture initiatives
• Grievance handling & conflict resolution
Talent Acquisition
• Full-cycle hiring across levels
• Stakeholder & vendor management
• Hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire)
• Employer branding & candidate experience
Payroll & Compliance
• Monthly payroll for ~100 employees
• PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, Bonus compliance
• Salary structuring & benefits management
• Audit readiness & statutory filings
Administration
• Office operations & vendor management
• Budgeting & cost optimization
• Travel, events & workplace management
Strategic Impact
• Partner with leadership on people strategy
• Build & scale HR processes + team
• Drive automation (HRMS/tools)
• Report key HR metrics proactively

What We’re Looking For
• MBA in HR (Labour law/payroll certification = bonus)
• 3–5 yrs experience handling HR + TA + Payroll + Admin independently
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
• Hands-on with HRMS/payroll tools
• High ownership mindset + problem solver
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
