 To lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, Factory Act, and other statutory regulations.  
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR budgets and monitor HR metrics for continuous improvement.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with production, safety, and finance teams for HR support.
• Lead audits and maintain documentation for ISO, TPM, and other standards.
• Liaise with government authorities and external agencies.
• Mentor and guide HR executives and support staff.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, Factory Act, and IR practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in handling audits and statutory inspections.
• Ability to manage conflict and build employee trust.
• Proficiency in HRIS and time office systems.
