HR Manager - C&B, ER, TA & HR Operations

Position: Manager Human Capital (Regional Head HRBP)
Location: Chennai

This is a strategic HR leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end Human Capital functions, including:

• HR Business Partnering
• Talent Acquisition
• HR Operations
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• HR Analytics and Workforce Planning
• Team Leadership

What we're looking for:

• 10 - 14 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong exposure to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Relations
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
• Prior experience in Healthcare, RCM, BPO/KPO, Shared Services, or similar service-driven organizations is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
