Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment, develop effective hiring strategies, and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
• HR Team Management: Lead the HR team, assign targets, monitor performance, and improve productivity.
• Company Culture & Engagement: Build a positive work environment, organize employee engagement activities, and improve employee retention.
• Payroll Management: Independently process monthly payroll for 150+ employees, including attendance, leaves, incentives, and salary deductions.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Manage onboarding, employee records, HR policies, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Performance Management: Monitor employee KRAs/KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure workplace discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and Team Management.
• Prior experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Consulting preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving hiring targets within deadlines.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll for 150+ employees, including PF & ESIC.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a positive company culture.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR operations.
• Comfortable working in the US night shift.
