Role & responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR branch activities which cover recruitment, employee engagement and compliances

Implement recruitment strategies to source and attract talent, interview co-ordination, offer negotiation and closure

Key recruitment metrics like TAT, offer ratio and onboarding

Monitor employee attrition and execute retention strategies in co-ordination with Central HR team

Co-ordinate employee engagement programs, address employee concerns.

Oversee branch administration activities

Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's Degree in Human Resources (MBA HR preferred)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations
• Good understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
