Hr Manager 1

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production & Operations Manager to manage day-to-day production activities, manpower planning, operations, and workforce management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production, optimum manpower utilization, timely completion of production targets, and maintaining discipline and efficiency across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle manpower planning, allocation, and workforce management as per production requirements.
• Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Supervise production staff, workers, and operators and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
• Coordinate with different departments for production planning, material availability, and dispatch requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues and take corrective actions.
• Maintain proper production records, manpower records, and daily reports.
• Ensure proper use and availability of machines, tools, raw materials, and other resources.
• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure workers follow company rules and safety procedures.
• Train, guide, and motivate workers to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor attendance, shift planning, overtime, and manpower requirements.
• Reduce production wastage and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of machine breakdowns.
• Ensure production is completed as per quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Report production performance, manpower status, and operational issues to management.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Handle any other production or operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Experience

35+ years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, or Manpower Management.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.

Reporting To

Management / Plant Head / Operations Head
