Role Description<
/strong>The HR Management Intern role is an internship position based in Lucknow with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate and employee records, and helping with onboarding processes. Responsibilities may also include drafting HR communications, supporting basic payroll or attendance documentation, and assisting with training coordination and performance review logistics. The intern will collaborate with management and team leads to ensure HR policies are followed, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and help streamline HR processes. This role offers practical exposure to HR functions within a creative digital content organization.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional email drafting and basic documentation.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) and willingness to learn HR software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive workplace attitude.
- Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
