Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Design and implement efficient recruitment strategies using various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc. to attract top talent.
  
• Conduct interviews (phone/video) with potential candidates to assess their skills, knowledge, and fit for the role.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the entire hiring process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-13 years of experience in HR Management Consulting or related field.
  
• B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Development or relevant field.
  
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment experiences across multiple industries.
  
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Management, Staffing, Hiring processes.
