HR Lead - Startup (2+ years/ TA & People Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Hire new talent and onboard them

• Maintain policy handbooks and evolve them as per the needs of the organization

• Manage the end-to-end process of Payroll and benefits administration

• Manage legal and compliance documents incl. salary sheets, attendance sheets, etc.

• Building performance review data, timely process launch, communication, tracking the

progress and closure

• Manage Performance Review Cycles

• Design Academy calendar with guidance from Director

• Schedule the Academy training modules as per the needs of people and Ensure the KPIs of

Academy are met

• Design annual Social Engagement calendar with guidance from Director

• Discuss and plan out budgeting for the year and activities

• Execute the social engagement calendar

Good to have:

• 2-4 years along with MBA in Human Resources with hands on experience running performance management processes.

• Sound understanding of HR function, fundamentals, and talent management processes.

• Proficient in Excel, Power point with ability to manage MIS and reporting.

• Data handling and data analysis is a must.

• Effective communicator, with proven problem-solving skills

• Strong team player ability, collaborative, inclusive approach

• High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity, and strong customer focus

• Ability to work both independently and as a team manager.

• Strong organization skills - ability to meet timelines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
