Job Summary
NiSource Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a basic understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills and experience.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Meet recruitment targets and close assigned requirements within deadlines.
• Required Skills
  
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a team.
• Preferred Skills
  
• Experience hiring for Java, .NET, Python, QA Testing, DevOps, Cloud, and other IT roles/ Sometimes non IT requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment trackers and candidate management systems.
