Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our recruitment team in Jaipur. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
• Screen and shortlist profiles as per technical requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Work on multiple technical positions simultaneously within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
• Experience working on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Good negotiation and coordination skills

Qualification

• Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
