Currently, we have an urgent job opening for the position of HR Intern(Recruitment/Operation) with our company at the Ghatkopar

location.

Position Title: HR Intern(Recruitment/Operation)

Location: Ghatkopar East

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience Required: Fresher

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Up to 10,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days (3rd & 4th Saturdays off)

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibility(HR Operations Intern)

• Work in all areas of HR, including onboarding, compliance, offboarding, and payroll.
• Work under the supervision of seniors on live projects for TMS clients.
• Learn HR documentation processes, including preparing offer letters and appointment letters.

Roles & Responsibility (HR Recruitment Intern)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
