Role & responsibilities

Assist in Talent Acquisition activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Support in HRBP activities such as onboarding, employee documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.

Maintain recruitment and employee data

Prepare recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.

Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for recruitment-related activities.

Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and databases.

Preferred candidate profile

Master's in HR
