Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing and resume screening through various channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate the offer release process and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
• Update candidate details and hiring status in the ATS/recruitment system.
• Support recruiters in day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
