HR Intern Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate/recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Assist with joining formalities and documentation.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offers, and joining dates.
• Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
• Get practical exposure to corporate HR and recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Students pursuing or recently graduated with MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/BBM, or a relevant HR-related course.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Candidates with an interest in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Should be willing to work from the Gurgaon office.
• Available for a 3-month full-time internship.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join as per the internship schedule will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
