Role & responsibilities

• Payroll Support
  
• Assist in preparing and maintaining payroll records.
• Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation.
• Recruitment Assistance
  
• Source and screen resumes for various positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• HR Documentation
  
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of employee data.
• Employee Engagement
  
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and engagement programs.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and recruitment cycles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
