HR Internship

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR and Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Maintain candidate and employee records and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for interview schedules.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
• Support HR documentation and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
• MBA/PGDM/Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
