HR Internship

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
  
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  
• Support the HR team in resume screening and initial candidate assessments
  
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
  
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field (completed)
  
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts
  
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques is an added advantage
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
  
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
