HR Internship- Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various hiring requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
• Support the HR team in other talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Graduate /post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment is an added advantage.
