Role & responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Connect with candidates and follow up on interview schedules and feedback.
• Assist with job postings, candidate tracking, and maintaining recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee record management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
• Maintain and update HR trackers, employee databases, and other documentation.
