HR Internship (10K; 5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation activities.
• Assist with the maintenance of recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
