Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Interns to join our team at KALO TECH STUDIO. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Assist in onboarding and HR documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR records and assist with HR communications

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Strong interest in building a career in HR
