About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who will primarily support the recruitment function along with other HR operational activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes and corporate HR practices.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn
- Screen resumes as per job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate trackers databases
- Follow up for feedback and joining formalities
- Support onboarding documentation of new hires
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports MIS
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in HR Recruitment
- Good communication interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
