HR Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Sky World School. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.


• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.


• Maintain accurate records of employee data and attendance.


• Support the development of training programs and workshops.


• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Familiarity with HR software and systems is an advantage.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
