Team Context As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, and HR operations. You will gain practical exposure to corporate HR processes and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive HR Intern to support various human resources activities. The intern will assist with HR documentation, employee engagement, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR processes, and supporting the team in routine HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and databases. Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal initiatives. Support attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.

Help prepare HR reports, maintain data accuracy, and manage confidential employee information responsibly. Provide support in employee communication and follow-ups. Assist with other HR activities and projects as required by the team.

Internship Details Duration: 3–6 Months Location: Ahmedabad Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Understand HR processes within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Eligibility Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong English communication skills; proficiency in a local language is an advantage. Interest in Human Resources, HR Operations, and employee management. Good organizational and coordination skills. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
