Role & responsibilities

The HR Operations role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities, recruitment coordination, employee and intern onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment activities, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

- Employee Pre-Onboarding: Coordinate pre-onboarding formalities, collect required documents, follow up with selected candidates, and ensure readiness before their joining date.

- Employee Onboarding: Facilitate joining formalities, complete onboarding documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

- Intern Management: Handle intern onboarding, documentation, joining formalities, internship records, extensions, and coordination with interns and reporting managers.

- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain and update employee and intern records, manage HR documentation, prepare HR-related letters, and support day-to-day HR processes.

- Employee Coordination: Respond to employee and intern queries, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure timely follow-ups on HR-related requirements.

- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and other workplace activities.

- Employee Lifecycle Support: Assist with HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and ensure smooth coordination of routine HR activities.
