HR Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HRMS-related activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to various HR processes and contribute to day-to-day HR functioning while developing practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR records and MIS reports.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
• Coordinate with employees for HRMS-related activities and query resolution.

Eligibility:

• MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) pursuing or recently completed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
