We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for freshers who want to gain practical experience in talent acquisition, candidate coordination, and basic HR activities in a technology-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Post and manage job openings on relevant platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with interview scheduling and hiring coordination.
• Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
• Assist with basic HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment-related social media activities.

Requirements

• Any graduate or pursuing graduate with an interest in HR and recruitment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work from the Noida office.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday.
