Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews. • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process. • Explain job roles and company details to candidates. • Source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels. • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment status. • Coordinate interview feedback and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. • Support onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates. • Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.

MBA (HR) 2026/2027 , B.Tech, Any Graduate,

Batch • Passionate about building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong interest in recruitment and people management
