• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
• Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment MIS.
