Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who wants to build practical experience in Human Resources. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Educational Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in BBA, B.Com, BA, or any other relevant field.
• Candidates pursuing or holding an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) are also welcome to apply.
• Freshers with basic computer knowledge and an interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
