JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across HR activities and Recruitment. This is a good opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations and administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with employee documentation and onboarding formalities
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Assist with employee engagement and other HR initiatives.

ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of AI tools and HR technology.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Freshers and candidates with no prior HR experience can apply.
