HR Intern

Location: Science City Road, Gujarat | Type: On-site Internship | Duration: 3 Months

Jansoft Global is looking for an HR Intern to support our growing technology startup.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and interview coordination

• Candidate and employee communication

• Employee onboarding and documentation

• Attendance, leave, and HR record management

• Support payroll and HR operations

• Maintain HR data and reports

• Assist with day-to-day HR activities

  
  

Requirements

• BBA/MBA/B.Com/HR or related field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

• Experience with Zoho Payroll or Keka HR is preferred

• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn

• Freshers are welcome
