HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Call and coordinate with shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews
• Post job ads on relevant job boards and platforms
• Screen incoming CVs and applications against basic criteria
• Maintain and update candidate trackers/spreadsheets
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up emails
• Assist with onboarding paperwork for new joiners
• Maintain employee records and filing (physical and digital)
• Support with day-to-day office admin and HR documentation
• Help organise internal events, inductions, or team activities as needed

Requirements

• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with candidates professionally
• Well-written and verbal English
• Organised, detail-oriented, reliable
• Comfortable with basic Excel/spreadsheets
• No experience required - training provided
