HR Intern

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation or MBA (HR preferred)
• Basic understanding of recruitment HR processes
• Good communication skills (verbal written)
• Comfortable with calling, coordination, and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
• Willingness to learn and take ownership

Role

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Conduct initial HR telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS
• Support employee onboarding activities and documentation
• Maintain HR records, files, and employee data accurately
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day HR operations
• Support HR in employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Perform other HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned
