HR Intern

Noida Fresher / Internship experience

We are hiring an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners
Maintain HR records and employee data
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Support HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Eligibility Skills:
Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
