Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Onboarding Logistics: Assist with new-hire documentation, coordinate orientation schedules, set up IT/IT-hardware requests, and ensure a smooth day-one candidate experience.
• HR Operations & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), assist with audit checks, and manage physical/digital HR files.
• Employee Engagement: Support the execution of team-building events, employee recognition initiatives, wellness programs, and pulse surveys.
• Policy & Query Support: Help address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave balances, and company guidelines under supervision.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and Word/Docs).
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Soft Skills: High level of discretion when handling confidential information, strong organization, and attention to detail.
