About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  
• Follow up with candidates for documentation and feedback
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases
  
• Support onboarding formalities and documentation
  
• Assist in employer branding and job postings on social media platforms
  
• Handle basic HR coordination tasks as required
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic understanding of recruitment process
  
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
  
• Detail-oriented and organized
